Discussing limitations
- Don't name limitations on slide 1 — end it neutrally with the plain list of outputs (covariance matrix, loadings, eigenvalues, scores).
- Let slide 2 reveal the limitations implicitly: walk through the same list and show each item become a distribution instead of a fixed point estimate.
- This avoids pre-empting slide 2's punchline and avoids slide 2 feeling like it's attacking slide 1.
- Open question: should slide 1's closing line recap all four outputs, or just gesture at "these fixed quantities"?
